Did you notice the context on Philippians 4:13? Doing all things through the strength Jesus provides was spoken in the context of contentment in much or little. How are you doing with contentment?
This world is not my home, I’m just a-passing through. My treasures are laid up
Somewhere beyond the blue… Words from the Gospel song “This World is Not My Home,” reflect Paul’s claim in Philippians 3:20 the we are citizens of heaven, not of this world we live in now. So how are we doing in answering Jason’s question on being content? Are we truly seeking the things of heaven, or falling in to the trap of seeking things of the world?
